Eight players with connections to the Lilly Women’s College All-Star Game and Combine weekend were selected during the WNBA Draft on Monday night. Four players were drafted in the second round and four more were chosen in the third round.

Ole Miss standout Madison Scott was selected 14th overall by the Dallas Wings, where she’ll join top pick Paige Bueckers as part of the franchise’s 2025 draft class. The Wings also selected Baylor’s Aaronette Vonleh with the 31st overall pick.

The Indiana Fever selected Florida State’s Makayla Timpson with the 19th selection and the Washington Mystics selected two players that played in the All-Star Game – Iowa’s Lucy Olsen with the 23rd pick and Alabama’s Zaay Green with the 32nd selection. Harvard’s Harmoni Turner was chosen by the Las Vegas Aces with the 35th pick.

Meanwhile, the expansion Golden State Valkyries selected Maryland’s Shyanne Sellers – who originally committed to the game but was forced to withdraw as she recovered from injury – was picked 17th overall.

In addition, Michigan’s Jordan Hobbs, who showcased an impressive skill set and tested very well during the inaugural Lilly Women’s College All-Star Combine that was held prior to the Lilly Women’s College All-Star Game, was selected 34th overall by the Seattle Storm.

The eight participants selected doubles the total for the 2024 event that saw four players selected.
